The only trouble may be that you will have to express your ideas to someone whohappens to be in charge, and they may see themselves as the expert. It wouldn't hurt to present this as though you are asking for their feedback rather than telling them what they should do. If the tone is right, they will be more likely to accept your advice, especially if you can make them think it was theiridea in the first place.
